Under the High Patronage of the President of the Assembly of Heads of State and Government of the Organization for the Harmonization of Business Law in Africa (OHADA), the Regional Higher School of the Judiciary (ERSUMA) of OHADA, in partnership with the Rwanda Bar Association, technical support of the Rwanda Cooperation Initiative and the Rwanda Convention Bureau, is organizing at the Kigali Serena Hotel ( RWANDA), from 16 to 19 November 2022, the second edition of the International Forum for Legal Professionals and Personalities (FIPROD) on the topic: “Challenges of Economic Development and Business Finance in Africa”.
This second edition of FIPROD will bring together law and numbers professionals, finance professionals, economic operators, business leaders and investors from different backgrounds, as well as all the institutions and organizations working towards the financing of African companies. and economic development in Africa. It aims, on the one hand, to assess the business finance system in Africa and, on the other hand, to propose solutions capable of making real contributions to enhancing the competitiveness of African companies, legal certainty and the economic development of the continent.

- Five (05) thematic exchange workshops between participants from different geographical and professional backgrounds on the issue of financing and legal support for companies in Africa;
- Two (02) professional round tables to share experiences among participants on supporting companies seeking financing;
- Professional cooperation activities, in particular in the form of exhibitions/sales at stands, presentations of products and services of partners, sponsors and advertisers, brainstorming sessions, negotiation fairs, and professional and business meetings;
